We’re so glad you’re considering joining us. Please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions, which are here to support clarity and mutual understanding for everyone involved.
By reserving a spot at the retreat, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & Deposit
A €600 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place at the retreat. Your spot is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
This deposit allows us to move forward with planning and covers early, non-recoverable expenses related to hosting the retreat.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 2 months prior to the retreat start date.
If we do not receive final payment by this time, we reserve the right to offer your spot to another guest. In this case, the original deposit will not be refunded.
What’s Included
Your retreat experience includes:
6 nights of accommodation
All meals throughout the retreat
Retreat programming and group experiences as outlined on the website
Please note that flights, transportation to and from Chios, personal expenses, optional excursions, and travel insurance are not included.
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that plans can change. Because of the nature of retreat planning, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit will be retained.
If you have already paid in full and need to cancel:
Any refund beyond the deposit will depend on whether your spot can be filled
Refunds in these cases are handled thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis
We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of unexpected changes.
If We Need to Cancel
As this is a first-time retreat, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to two months prior to the start date (by July 1, 2026) if minimum booking numbers are not met.
If this happens:
Your full deposit will be refunded
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover additional costs such as flights or personal travel arrangements
We promise to communicate openly and as early as possible if cancellation becomes necessary.
Schedule & Program Changes
Occasionally, small adjustments to the schedule, accommodations, or programming may be needed due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made with care and with the intention of preserving the overall experience and spirit of the retreat.
Health & Personal Responsibility
By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in retreat activities (such as yoga).
Closer to the retreat date, all participants will receive a participation survey, where you’ll be invited to share any dietary needs, allergies, or relevant medical considerations. This allows us to plan thoughtfully and do our best to accommodate everyone.
Guests are responsible for their own wellbeing throughout the retreat.
Liability
While every effort is made to create a safe and supportive environment, participation in the retreat is at your own discretion.
The retreat host cannot be held responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat, except where required by law.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and should ideally cover trip cancellation, medical care, and travel disruptions.
Photography & Sharing
From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during the retreat to capture the experience.
By attending, you agree that these may be used for future retreat promotion unless you let us know in writing ahead of time. We’re always happy to be respectful of individual preferences.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Agreement
By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
